My name is Josiah Mackenzie, and I’m a software and advertising guy preparing to open my own resort and conference area in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2020. Right now, I’m using my technology background to help hotels and others in the hospitality, travel, and events business.
My mission is to help you create great experiences for your guests using the best new technology.
Along with my client partners, I test all the latest ideas in real-world environments, and then report back to my readers with the results. Additionally, I interview people on the front lines of innovation, so we can understand what’s working and what’s not.
Stories are usually the best way to learn, which is why I try to share more case studies than theory articles.
