all you say is true and have a marketing value. The real problem is how hotels are egger to invest? As you know activities such as Buzz, story telling, customer leastning, Social Media, Search engine Marketing, required:
A Professional know how
B Time/men power
C Money
A lot of hotel in Italy prefer to give their sales in the hand of booking.com without a marketing plan; instead of paying a fee to good consultants, as you, as me, as my team and have back a better ROI in the mid term
