Fantastic list: was especially intrigued by the International SEO post, which is taking off in a big, big way. Such a big issue for hoteliers looking to market to a wider audience.
Google wave looks very cool. It looks like they might be trying to take on Base Camp, although I don’t see them actually taking much business from Base Camp itself.
Starwood’s experiment with digital magazines looks pretty cool too. I think the web offers very interesting ways for hotels to create unique collaboration with content creators to create better lifestyle marketing for clients (even if its only while the guest stays in the hotel).
I’m curious how hotels will innovate in the digital event planning and management as well as the conference marketing space in terms of collaboration and business partnerships. I assume these are the 2 of the highest consistent revenue streams for hotels. And collaborating in this unique intersection of interests would provide hotels a low or no cost marketing tactic.
