  • Hi Janalyn,

    Just answer these questions, real quick.

    1. is your brand multi-flag or single-flag?
    2. If multi-flag, what is corporate using?
    3. What CRM platforms do your users have experience with?
    4. Is automation a must?
    5. Is social media monitoring a must?
    6. How many users and which departments are involved? Why only marketing?

    Regards,
    Adam

    • Great questions, Adam – I think it’s important that we all ask ourselves these as we evaluate suppliers. As you’ve said, it’s impossible for one company to provide the best product to everyone….you must find one that fits your needs and marketing style.

  • Hi all,

    From my personal experience I believe ZDirect (www.zdirect.com) is the way to go. ZDirect, Inc. is the preeminent provider of electronic marketing and eCRM solutions for the hospitality industry. I have coordinated eCRM projects for a variety of hotels including hotels chains, and even to single luxury hotels. I love the zdirect software, and their staff is outstanding. I would suggest getting in touch with them!

  • Hi Janalyn, we’ve had this same question in our forum recently. Here’s what we know and can recommend, in no particular order;

    (1) LibraonDemand – http://www.libraondemand.com/

    Based on the Salesforce.com Force platform, Libra has been customised for the hotel industry with several interfaces with major property management systems and a wide range of functionality inherent from Salesforce.com CRM.

    (2) Serenata NetHotel CRM – http://www.serenata.com/

    Orient-Express hotels worldwide just signed up for this CRM. Whilst based in Europe, they have international experience and strong integration with leading property management systems.

    (3) Digital Alchemy – http://www.data2gold.com/

    US-based and established supplier of subscription-based CRM services for hotels and resorts.
